Grab your SQUAD... Co-workers, family, friends, or church group and book an AfroCardio Dance Fitness for your next event or gathering (Private classes, Events, Fitness Parties, and Birthday Parties). If you are a gym or studio, you can book me as a guest instructor. You can host your class in person or virtually.
